Who doesn’t love jewelry?
Today, I have a special treat for you: a really cool, local brand of handmade jewelry right out of the ultra-trendy Vesterbro neighborhood - HandcraftedCPH.
I came across the beautiful pieces on Instagram, and I knew I had to visit the store and peruse the full selection. All of the jewelry is designed and handmade by Anders, a second-generation goldsmith, and is for sale through Instagram as well as on display in his store on Sønder Boulevard.
I love the inscription on the window:
Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.
Such an elegant, and true, statement, don’t you agree?
In the store, you’ll find vintage furniture and decorative pieces, lamps, vases, little flower pots and the like.
But the real star is the beautiful, handmade jewelry, like this engraved silver bangle.
Rings in all colors, shapes, and sizes - some with stones, too. The predominant colors are silver as well as gold-plated silver, but you’ll find solid gold rings, too.
Anders, the owner of the store, also does a lot of custom requests. Engagement and wedding rings are insanely popular, as are engraved bangles, custom-made pendants, or cuff links - so if you’re looking for a personal, one-of-a-kind Christmas present for someone special, be sure to look at Anders’ Instagram for endless inspiration!
I also love the necklaces with the whimsical and fun pendants, like the Batman symbol or the ultimate Copenhagen “logo”: a bike!
But I completely fell in love with this gold ring with a tear-shaped, baby blue stone. Don’t you think it’s absolutely gorgeous? And wait ’til you hear the best part: it fit me perfectly! I think I will make sure to send the boyfriend the link to this post with the subject line “potential Christmas present!”
What do you think? Should my boyfriend get me that ring as a Christmas gift or yes? And what are your favorite pieces from HandcraftedCPH? Share in the comments below!

You can also find Anders at the FindersKeepers Christmas markets in Aarhus (21-22 November) and Copenhagen (27-29 November).
