Hi, I’m so glad you’re here!
When I started on my yoga journey a few years ago, I had no idea that I would end up here, as a yoga teacher. Truth be told, I wasn’t even sure that yoga was for me. Like so many others, I found my way to yoga because I wanted to feel better - originally, my focus was on my physical well-being, but over time, I noticed a significant change in my mindset as well.
A bit untraditionally, I started out with Aerial Yoga as my first, serious yoga practice - I had attended a few Hatha and Vinyasa classes at local fitness centers, but they didn’t really resonate with me. Through the playfulness of Aerial Yoga, I was introduced to the basics of yoga philosophy and the benefits of a steady practice, and I was hooked.
I completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Prana Yoga Shala in Copenhagen in October 2018 and have completed almost 100 hours of additional training, including an instructor course in Aerial Yoga.
I teach predominantly Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Aerial Yoga.

My yoga philosophy
At the core of my practice and my teaching is my conviction that yoga is for everyone. Seriously. Are you old? Great, yoga is for you. Are you young? Great, yoga is for you. Do you feel like you’re not flexible at all? Great, yoga is for you. Can you touch your toes? Great, yoga is for you. Are you an avid runner? Great, yoga is for you. Do you hate sports? Great, yoga is for you. Do you see where I’m going with this?
You don’t need to be young, thin, or flexible to “be able to do yoga”. Do you have a body? Congratulations, you can do yoga! Your poses might not look the same as they do on Instagram, but that’s absolutely not the point of yoga anyways, so I wouldn’t worry too much about that.
Yoga is not about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down.
I have experienced the amazing effects that a regular yoga practice has had on my body and my mind, and I really want to share that with as many people as possible - that’s why I took the teacher training. I hope that through sharing my practice with others, I can help them experience some of the many benefits that yoga has.
